Jennifer plays a pivotal role within Ikija Care as our Administrative Officer, ensuring that all service users are appropriately onboarded and fully compliant prior to placement within our supported living properties.

She is responsible for coordinating the initial intake process, carefully reviewing referrals, verifying documentation, and ensuring that all regulatory and organisational requirements are met. Jennifer works closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient transition for each individual into our services.

In addition, Jennifer manages contractual documentation, ensuring that tenancy agreements, support plans, and all associated paperwork are accurately prepared, compliant, and securely maintained. Her attention to detail and structured approach helps safeguard both the organisation and the individuals we support.
