CARE SUPPORT WORKERS

We are looking for Support Workers to work with us in London supporting adults with physical disability, mental health, dementia and eating disorder.

We have various services in the area including supported living homes, residential settings and community-based outreach service.
Job Description:

  • Supporting our people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
  • Supporting our people with social activities and connecting with family and friends.
  • Supporting the management of our people’s finances.
  • Keeping our people’s home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
  • Providing, and encouraging, personal care.
