Tope Ajayi – Support Manager
Tope Ajayi holds a dual role within Ikija Care as both a Senior Support Officer and Administrative Lead, bringing a strong balance of frontline care expertise and operational oversight.
In his administrative capacity, Tope supports the onboarding of new service users, ensuring all referrals are thoroughly reviewed and that individuals meet compliance requirements before being placed within our supported living environments. He works closely with partner agencies, local authorities, and internal teams to coordinate smooth, safe, and well-structured placements. Tope also oversees contractual processes, ensuring all agreements and documentation are accurate, compliant, and maintained to a high standard.
Alongside this, Tope plays a key role on the ground as a Senior Support Officer, providing direct support to service users and guiding staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. He assists with implementing support plans, managing complex needs, and promoting independence while ensuring safeguarding and risk management procedures are consistently upheld.
Tope’s combined expertise across administration and care delivery ensures continuity, compliance, and excellence across the service, making him a vital part of the Ikija Care team.
